Bought a car from Evans Halshaw in Lincoln and it had a hole in the vinyl on the rear drivers door card, Evans Halshaw arranged for TIM at TRIMLINE to repair it and I can honestly say I had second to none service and communication from both Tim and Jane they kept me fully informed on what was happening all the way. Arrived on time when they said and has done a FANTASTIC job. I can't even see where it was. THANK YOU so much TIM & JANE for you service and for everything you have done to make this a smooth and informative job. EXCELLENT SERVICE will DEFINITELY recommend you anyone.

I rang last week on the mobile number on the website. Spoke to Tim and arranged for him to come to my house on Saturday morning (9th September) to repair some vinyl on my drivers door card. He rang me on the Friday 8th to say he had too much on for Saturday and could we re-arrange? I said yes no problems so we arranged for Sunday (10th). Tim rang me on Sunday morning to cancel due to a family matter. We re-arranged yet again for Monday (11th) after 5pm. It's now 7:45pm and it's dark. I can only assume Tim is not coming as he hasn't rang to say any different.After a promising start I feel let down, disappointed and very 'frustrated' by the whole experience.I won't hold my breath for any apology or response from Tim or Trimline although that would be welcome?? Unfortunatly, they've proved to be unreliable and not worth wasting any more of my time with.
