Friendly staff excellent doctors and nurses. Waiting time for an appointment is long but it is elsewhere
Every time I ring I'm left fuming by the attitude of the receptionists, very unhelpful and rude and patronising, don't know how they get away with it
Since i became ill i have seen consultants within 2/3 weeks doctors are very good and honest i find ALL staff very caring and helpfull
With the new system starting I can no longer get my prescriptions delivered and with them open 9-5 everyday makes everything extremely difficult to get to as I work 8-5 everyday and they are no longer open weekends which is a joke, not everyone has the time to book off work. Even to book an appointment at the doctors difficult as the receptionist dont even seem to happy or helpful, they even ask why youre calling some even think they are doctors themselves its a full on joke. The displinary are just as useless never call to let me know I have my prescription ready to pick up even when they say they will call to let me know, had to call them myself. Never have any of your prescribtions straight away have to wait a week and even then they can forget, the communication must be terrible.The staff are extremely rude really could be doing with a new hole turn out really as of that the doctors are fantastic if you can ever get an appointment!!!
Probably the rudest most uncaring dispensary staff I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. To say that they are in a caring environment is frankly laughable. I will today be lodging a formal complaint. Such a shame as the Doctors are great you just cant get the service then from the back up staff.
